Biography:
Wilson grew up in the slums. Him and his best friend joined the Undercity and grew up in the mob life. They ended up taking different routes as they grew older, though. Wilson got into politics somehow while his best friend worked his way up to become the Boss of the Undercity. Despite being in such different worlds now, though, the two still remain as close of friends as ever.
